TERMS OF SALE
The online sale of products on www.puntomaglia.it is managed by Punto Maglia s.r.l., Via Silvio Poli n.10, 40026 IMOLA (BO) ITALY, tel. +39 0542 690664, fax +39 0542 699097.
Consumers purchasing through the Punto Maglia online shop will benefit, in particular, from all the protections provided in the case of distance contracts under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), Legislative Decree 70/2003 related to information society services in the internal market with specific reference to electronic commerce, and, in some aspects, from the civil code.
Puntomaglia.it applies Legislative Decree 21/2014 which implements European Directive 83/2011 on consumer protection and updates the Consumer Code.
Return Procedure
Do you want to return the product you received?
Punto Maglia customers must feel completely satisfied with their choice.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order (e.g., size not suitable) or in the unfortunate event that you receive products with conformity defects, you can return the purchased products.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal.
From the date of delivery (the date you take possession of the goods), you have 14 days to communicate your intention to return the goods and an additional 14 days to actually return the goods.
- In the case of a return due to defective or faulty goods (conformity defects), you have the right to a product replacement without any costs for the return of the goods: shipping costs are entirely borne by Punto Maglia.
- In the case of a return for personal reasons (other than conformity defects), the shipping and transport costs are at your expense.
Please respect the following conditions for the product you are returning:
- It must not have been used
- It must not have suffered any type of damage
- It must have the tag attached and its original packaging: the product must be returned intact and in the same conditions as it was at the time of purchase.
How to proceed with the return?
1.Communicate your Intention to Withdraw:
Send an email within 14 days of receiving the goods to ordini@puntomaglia.it (or by filling out the form in the CONTACTS section) indicating: NAME, ORDER NUMBER, CODE OF THE ITEMS YOU INTEND TO RETURN.
Specify in the email the reason for the return, whether:
- RETURN DUE TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (NON-CONFORMING)
- RETURN FOR OTHER REASONS
Also specify if you wish:
- SIZE/COLOR CHANGE OF THE SAME ITEMS PURCHASED OR
- ISSUANCE OF A VOUCHER EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT SPENT
Punto Maglia will respond within 48 working hours (excluding weekends and holidays), sending you the RETURN CODE and instructions on how to proceed.
2. Fill out the Return Form:
Complete the Return Form (shipping document) that you found inside the package (or that we sent you by email), remembering to indicate your Return Code in the appropriate space and include the information requested in the form.
Insert the return form in the package to be sent back to Punto Maglia via Courier.
3. Ship the Package
At this point, you can send us the product (with the completed return form) to the following address:

Please note that in the case of FAULTY GOODS (with conformity defects), the costs of picking up the product and shipping the new product are borne by Punto Maglia, while if the replacement is made FOR OTHER REASONS, the shipping costs are at your expense.
