Delivery Times and Methods

From the moment the order is confirmed, the shipment will be made within 4 to 9 business days.

As soon as your order is picked up by DHL, our courier, we will send you an email message, indicating the shipment tracking number (ORDER ID). This way, you can check the status of your shipment on the www.dhl.com website.

DHL does not allow delivery to PO Boxes and General Delivery.

To facilitate the process, we recommend providing a staffed delivery address, where someone is present (even someone other than the buyer) on the expected delivery days.

If the courier does not find the recipient, they will leave a notice of attempted delivery: it is necessary to immediately contact the courier to arrange redelivery or to agree on a location to pick up the package.

In the event of a refusal of the package, Punto Maglia reserves the right to ask the customer for the full amount of the shipping costs plus any costs incurred for storage.

In case of loss or damage of the transported item caused by DHL, Punto Maglia will remedy the inconvenience at its own expense (“the obligation to deliver is fulfilled by transferring the material availability or control of the goods to the consumer (art. 61 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 21/14”).
